1. About the service

haloquincy.com provides itinerary-planning assistance and curated suggestions for winter skiing in Ukraine. We may help you identify suitable resorts, routes, and practical considerations. Any planned day-by-day activities and booking arrangements are based on information we have at the time of planning and the availability you choose.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, haloquincy.com is not the direct provider of lift tickets, accommodation, transportation, or any other third-party services.

2. Information, reliability, and pre-contract disclosures (tourism)

Where our activities relate to packaged tourism services (including where a tour operator or contracting party must provide pre-contract information to consumers), we aim to ensure that consumers can identify the seller/operator and the key terms and that consumers receive reliable, consumer-facing information about tour conditions and related terms before the contract is concluded.

We reference and align with the requirements of Закон України «Про туризм» for pre-contract information about tour conditions and related terms.

3. Distance/electronic contracting notices

If any arrangement is concluded using electronic or distance methods through our website, we provide the legally required pre-contract information (including about the seller/contractor, price, and key terms) before any distance agreement is concluded, to the extent applicable to the relevant transaction.

We reference and align with the requirements of Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» regarding distance/electronic contracting and required information.

4. Weather, resort operations, and changes

Winter ski itineraries are subject to change. Snow conditions, weather, lift operations, road access, and resort policies can change quickly. Your final itinerary may be adjusted based on operational updates and the information available at the time of your travel.

We do not guarantee specific weather outcomes or the continuous operation of ski facilities, and we recommend verifying local conditions with each resort or service provider before travel.

5. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, haloquincy.com and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for damages arising from (i) changes in weather or natural conditions, (ii) temporary closures or schedule changes by resorts or third parties, (iii) delays or disruptions in transportation or accommodations, or (iv) inaccuracies in information provided by third parties or by you during your request.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Personal data

If you submit requests or contact information, we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian personal data requirements. We provide appropriate notices and processing basis through our Privacy Policy.

We reference and align with Закон України «Про захист персональних даних».

7. Contact/lead form

If you use our contact or lead form to request planning, your submission will be sent to our configured endpoint and will redirect to a thank-you page. We do not implement custom validation or special success flows in the form submission process.

8. Offer and itinerary availability disclaimer

Any proposed itinerary, options, or suggested services are not guaranteed until you confirm and any third-party service provider confirms availability. Inventory and availability may change without notice.
